Revitalize Health Therapy

Health preservation is about maintaining the body to prevent disease, which is essentially the concept of treating "disease before it occurs".

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the onset of disease is seen as the result of a struggle between the body's vital energy (Qi) and pathogenic factors, leading to an imbalance in Yin and Yang. Zheng Qi (the body's vital energy) is our ability to resist illness, while Xie Qi (pathogenic factors) are the causes of disease. Strengthening the body's vital energy and warding off pathogenic factors helps prevent the onset of illness.

The process of health preservation is about nurturing Zheng Qi and defending against Xie Qi. When the body's vital energy is strong, Xie Qi is eliminated, allowing the body to return to its natural state of health and vitality.
